Turnstyle Constructions Pty Ltd is a small business established on the Central Coast. Nick is an onsite Builder whom ensures every client feels at ease when doing any type of task, from a small renovation through to a New Dream Home. It is important for us to involve our clients in the job to ensure we meet all their expectations. A part of our professional service, is to remain on time and on budget with no hidden extras. We are renowned for a strict schedule of works to have our trades all timed to perfection for a smooth and consistent job. A huge asset we have is our attention to detail which is carried from the ground up in any job.

If you are unfamiliar with the building process it can be a bit daunting. By engaging the skills of Turnstyle Constructions we can guide you through the required stages from design and approval to construction completion.
1. Can you help with relevant approvals?
Yes! We can help you out with all the relavant documentation and approvals required, including Government, Council & Engineering Reports.
2. Do I need an Architect?
You can contract your own architect or work with one of our recommendations. We would recommend consulting an architectural firm for any major project. Most small jobs do not require such extent.
3. Do you work with other trades?
Yes! We have our own group of professional trades, but we are also happy to work around trades that you have provided also.
4. Can I get a free quote?
Of course we are happy to come out and discuss your next project and provide an obligation free quotation.
5. What if I have changes throughout the build?
This is almost always the case and we are use to it. We can keep you informed on budget and provide cost effective alternatives where necessary.
